Andreas Buisman was born in Zams, Tyrol, Austria, in 1964. He is a self-taught sculptor, working with materials ranging from granite, steel and glass to plexiglass and concrete. Since 2000, he has worked mainly in granite and bassalt.

 

In recent years, photography has taken a valuable place in the creation of his art. He lives and works in Vienna and Waldviertel, and in Australia and New Zealand.
