Damian Bisogni is an Australian artist who has exhibited both nationally and internationally for the past 30 years.

Damian’s work combines aspects of history, personal experiences, stories, songs, movies, popular contemporary culture and everyday life. He blends abstract and semi-representational imagery to create his whimsical, child-like works on solid fields of colours, greys and off whites.

He uses his art to express observations, composition and problem solving, building layers of medium upon another, eventually exposing lyrical abstract and semi-representational imagery. Damian has a distinctive and exuberant style, using bold and subtle colours, stylised figures and simplified form.
